摘要
目的探讨自动出院后因创面未愈再住院复治的烧伤患者(以下称为烧伤复治患者)首次提早出院的原因。方法采用质性研究方法,选取2023年1月至2024年12月联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的13例烧伤复治患者作为研究对象,对其首次自动出院的原因进行深入访谈,现场录音和笔录,并运用类属分析法进行整理分析。结果升华出4个主题,包括怀疑医生过度治疗、对收费标准不满意、虚假医疗信息的干扰、医护人员的支持不足。结论在烧伤患者住院前后,医务人员均应对其介绍基本病情,可能的治疗手段和大致费用,让患者有合理的心理预期,促进患者积极配合治疗,减少因自动出院后创面未愈再次住院的患者。
Objective To explore the reasons of early discharge for the first time in burn patients(hereafter referred to as burn retreatment patients)who were hospitalized and re-treated after automatic discharge.Methods Using qualitative research methods,A total of 13 burns retreatment patients admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and in-depth interviews were conducted on the reasons for their first automatic discharge from the hospital,on-site audio recordings and transcripts were recorded and collated and analysed by using analogical analysis.Results Four themes were sublimated,including suspicion of over-treatment by doctors,dissatisfaction with the fee schedule,interference from false medical information,and insufficient support from healthcare professionals.Conclusion Before and after hospitalization,medical staff should introduce the basic condition,possible treatment methods and approximate cost of burn patients,so that patients can have reasonable psychological expectations,promote patients to actively cooperate with treatment,and reduce the number of patients who are re-hospitalized due to unhealed wounds after automatic discharge.
