摘要
中医治疗疾病重视辨证论治,“异病同治”理论是中医诊治疾病之精髓。三甲复脉汤源自《温病条辨》,为吴鞠通治疗温病后期邪入下焦、阴虚风动之主方,具有滋阴复脉、熄风潜阳之效,主治热邪伤阴所致水不涵木、虚风内动之候。该方对火毒积蓄,虚阳浮动所致快速性心律失常、原发性高血压及帕金森病患者的效果显著。甲状腺功能亢进症多因脏腑气血运化失司,火毒壅滞颈前,临床表现为心悸手抖、烦热多汗、颈前肿大等阴虚阳亢证。阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症与三甲复脉汤所主阴虚风动证高度契合,充分体现证同则治同的“异病同治”诊疗思想,为现代疾病共性机制研究提供新思路,又有助于三甲复脉汤的传承创新。
Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diseases,the theory of“treating different diseases with same method”is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Sanjia Fumai Decoction is derived from Wenbing Tiaobian,is the main formula used by Wu Jutong to treat the late stage of warm diseases,such as the invasion of evil into lower jiao,yin deficiency,and wind movement,has the effects of nourishing yin and restoring meridians,extinguishing wind and latent yang,and is mainly used to treat the condition of water not being contained in wood,and the internal movement of deficiency wind caused by heat evil damaging yin.This formula has a significant effect on patients with rapid arrhythmia,primary hypertension,and Parkinson’s disease caused by the accumulation of fire toxins,and the fluctuation of deficiency yang.Hyperthyroidism is often caused by the loss of circulation of qi and blood in zang fu viscera,stagnation of fire and toxins in the front of the neck,and clinical manifestations are syndrome of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency such as palpitation,hand tremors,palms and soles,hyperhidrosis,cervical swelling in front of the neck.Hyperthyroidism of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type is highly compatible with yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome treated by Sanjia Fumai Decoction,fully reflecting the diagnosis and treatment concept of“treating different diseases with same method”of treating different diseases with the same syndrome,provides new ideas for the study of common mechanisms of modern diseases,and also contributes to the inheritance and innovation of Sanjia Fumai Decoction.
