OPG/RANKL/RANK信号通路与呼吸系统疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 随着中国人口老龄化程度的加剧,呼吸系统疾病的患病率逐年上升,这不仅危害人们的身体健康、造成生活质量的下降,还增加了个人、家庭、社会、国家的经济负担。如何有效地预防、缓解、治疗老年性呼吸系统疾病已然成为新的难题。近年来随着国内外对OPG/RANKL/RANK这一信号通路的不断深入研究,发现该通路不仅有助于理解骨形成和骨吸收的过程和调控,还与呼吸系统相关疾病存在一定的相关性。本文对近年来OPG/RANKL/RANK在呼吸系统疾病中的作用进行综述。
