摘要
彩色路面在现代交通中应用广泛,但现有的彩色沥青路面技术存在施工成本高、使用性能不足、色彩耐久性弱等问题。现开发新型彩色抗滑封层材料,采用脱色沥青、水性环氧树脂、SBR改性剂等原材料,通过先乳化、后改性的方法来制备脱色乳化沥青,研究了SBR和水性环氧树脂掺量对复合胶结料性能的影响,并设计了不同的彩色胶结料与彩色陶瓷颗粒配比,进行性能测试。结果表明,推荐的环氧树脂固化剂掺量为50%、SBR掺量为4%;确定了彩色胶结料与彩色陶瓷颗粒的最佳比例为1∶1,最佳撒布量为1.2 kg/m2。该低碳型彩色抗滑封层材料抗滑、耐磨、耐老化、抗渗水和耐油污性能良好,能满足规范要求,且部分性能优于普通封层材料,为彩色路面建设和养护提供了更优质的解决方案。
Colored pavement is widely used in modern transportation,but existing colored asphalt pavement technology has problems such as high construction costs,insufficient performance,and weak color durability.The aim of this study is to develop a new type of colored anti-skid sealing layer material,which uses raw materials such as decolorized asphalt,water-based epoxy resin,SBR modifier,etc,and prepares decolorized emulsified asphalt by first emulsifying and then modifying.The influence of SBR and waterborne epoxy resin dosage on the properties of composite binders is studied,and different ratios of colored binders and colored ceramic particles are designed for performance testing.The results indicate that the recommended dosage of epoxy resin curing agent is 50%and SBR dosage is 4%;the optimal ratio of colored binder to colored ceramic particles is 1∶1,and the optimal spreading amount is 1.2 kg/m2.This low-carbon colored anti-skid sealing material has good anti-skid,wear-resistant,aging resistant,waterproof,and oil resistant properties,which can meet the requirements of the specifications and have some better performance than ordinary sealing materials.It provides a better solution for the construction and maintenance of colored pavement.
