摘要
以堇青石型汽车尾气废催化剂为原料,在火法熔炼捕集Pd/Rh的过程中引入CeO_(2),研究CeO_(2)为添加剂对熔炼捕集Pd/Rh工艺过程中熔渣特性的影响。首先,采用FactSage7.2软件绘制MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)和MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-15.2%B_(2)O_(3)-9.3%Na_(2)O-14.3%CaO相图;然后,采用锍熔炼捕集法对Pd/Rh进行捕集,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等表征手段对熔渣的组成及物相进行分析,研究结果表明:CeO_(2)能够提高Pd/Rh的捕集效率,在最优实验条件下,当CeO_(2)添加量为原料和添加剂总量的10%时,Pd/Rh的捕集率达到最高,分别为98.11%、97.87%。
Using cordierite-type spent automotive catalysts as raw materials,CeO_(2)was introduced in the pyrometallurgical smelting and capture of Pd/Rh,and the effect of CeO_(2)as an additive on the characteristics of the slag during the pyrometallurgical smelting and capture of Pd/Rh was studied.Firstly,the phase diagrams of MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)and MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-15.2%B_(2)O_(3)-9.3%Na_(2)O-14.3%CaO were simulated using FactSage7.2 software.And then,the Pd/Rh were captured by the matte smelting capture method,and the composition and phase of the slag were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that CeO_(2)can improve the capture efficiency of Pd/Rh.Under the optimal experimental conditions,when the addition amount of CeO_(2)is 10%of the total amount of raw materials and additives,the capture rates of Pd/Rh reach the highest,which are 98.11%and 97.87%,respectively.
