火法富集汽车废催化剂浸出渣锍相样品的分解及其Pt、Pd、Rh的测定 被引量:3

摘要 研究了汽车废催化剂浸出渣火法富集物锍相的溶解方法,结果表明,先用盐酸处理试样后,加入王水溶解,能使贵金属锍化物溶解完全、贵金属溶出率高。采用DbDO萃取光度法测定Pd,Db-DO-SnCl2萃取光度法测定Pt,MBT-SnBr2萃取光度法测定Rh,能够有效消除大量贱金属的干扰。此方法测定的相对误差为-1.4%^+2.3%,加标回收率Pt为96.0%~105.5%,Pd为97.3%~104.5%,Rh为95.7%~104.8%,此方法已用于实际样品分析,结果满意。 A method for the dissolution of the sulfonium obtained by pyro-concentrtion of the leaching residure of waste auto-catalysts was developed.The sulfonium was treated with HCl firstly,and then aqua regia was added for dissolution.The result showed good dissolution of sulfonium and high extraction ratio of PGM.DbDO extraction-spectrophotometry was used to determine Pd and DbDO-SnCl2 extraction-spectrophotometry was used to determine Pt.MBT-SnBr2 extraction-spectrophotometry was used to determine Rh.The interferences of large amounts of base metals and other precious metals can be eliminated.The relative derivations range from-1.4% to +2.3%.The standard recoveries range from 96.0% to 105.5% for Pt,97.3% to 104.5% for Pd,and 95.7% to 104.8% for Rh.This method has been used for analysis of real samples with satisfactory results.
