摘要
成人斯蒂尔病是一种临床罕见的免疫性疾病,近年来患者发病率处上升趋势,病属中医学“痹证”范畴。李艳教授认为痹病分为风湿热痹证、风寒湿痹证、肝肾亏虚证、痰瘀痹阻证,分别将其对应寒热虚实四个方向,治疗时针对痹病证型多兼以扶正、祛瘀、化痰、通络为主,运用自拟方“加味清络饮”为主方并结合“张一帖”用药特色进行治疗,效果显著。
Adult-onset still s disease is a clinically rare immune-mediated disorder exhibiting an increasing incidence trend in recent years.Within the framework of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this condition is categorized under“Bi Zheng”syndrome(impediment syndrome).Professor Li Yan classifies Bi syndrome into four primary patterns:wind-damp-heat obstruction,wind-cold-damp obstruction,liver-kidney deficiency,and phlegm-stasis blocking the collaterals.These patterns correspond respectively to the fundamental pathological states of heat,cold,deficiency,and excess.Employing her self-formulated prescription“Jiawei Qingluo Yin”(Modified Channel-Clearing Decoction)as the core formula,integrated with the distinctive medicinal principles of the“Zhang Yi Tie”school,Professor Li has achieved significant clinical efficacy.
