摘要
通过案例分析方法,以某三级甲等专科医院为例,深入探讨了公立医院高质量发展背景下医院文化体系构建的理论逻辑与实践路径。通过文献研究、案例分析及实证调查,系统梳理了医院文化建设的创新举措及其对医院学科建设、员工凝聚力、服务质效及医院影响力的深远影响。研究发现,构建“全员参与、全面融入、全面赋能”的文化体系,能够显著提升医院综合实力,为公立医院文化建设提供可借鉴的理论与实践框架。
Through a case study approach,this research takes a Grade III Level A specialized hospital as an example to explore in depth the theoretical logic and practical path of hospital cultural system construction in the context of high-quality development of public hospitals.By means of literature review,case analysis,and empirical investigation,the study systematically summarizes innovative measures in hospital cultural development and their profound impacts on discipline construction,staff cohesion,service quality and efficiency,and hospital influence.The findings indicate that building a cultural system characterized by“full participation,full integration,and full empowerment”can significantly enhance the hospital’s overall strength,providing both theoretical and practical frameworks for cultural development in public hospitals.
