摘要
新质生产力是中国经济高质量发展的重要着力点。数字化与绿色化作为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心驱动力,其协同演进是形成新质生产力、建设现代化产业体系、推动经济高质量发展的关键抓手和重要支撑。为厘清数字化与绿色化协同的内在关联并探究其对新质生产力发展的影响机制,利用2012—2023年我国30个省份数据,从“数字化赋能、绿色化牵引”的双视角衡量数字化与绿色化的协同水平。同时,围绕新质生产力核心维度,从新型劳动者、劳动工具、劳动对象设计评价体系。研究发现:双化协同对新质生产力发展呈促进效应,这一关系在检验过测量偏误、数据异常值、遗漏变量、互为因果等问题后依旧成立。即双化协同主要通过催生具备技术嵌入性与生态主体性的新型劳动者,推动劳动工具实现智能增效与低碳减排功能统合,并促使劳动对象由资源消耗转为价值创造等方面,最终实现对新质生产力发展的促进。且双化协同经由产业转型升级、技术创新突破与要素优化配置三重传导路径构建起新质生产力发展的系统性驱动机制。其中,制度环境的调节效应呈现异质性特征,提升市场化程度能够增强双化协同对新质生产力的促进作用,而政府过度干预会抑制这一正面影响。因此,构建数字化基础设施与绿色工程的协同发展体系,有效驱动产业智能化转型与智能清洁技术的深度应用,同时依托生产要素的优化配置,并借助政府破除制度性壁垒、强化市场竞争政策基础性地位等举措,是推动新质生产力实现可持续发展的关键路径。
New quality productive forces are an important driving force for high-quality economic development in China.Digitalization and greenization,as the core driving forces of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,their synergistic evolution serves as a key lever and important support for forming new quality productive forces,building a modern industrial system,and promoting high-quality economic development.To clarify the internal relationship between digitalization and greenization and explore the impact mechanism on the development of new quality productive forces,data from 30 provinces from 2012 to 2023 are utilized to measure the synergy level of digitalization and greenization from the dual perspectives of"digital empowerment and green leading".Meanwhile,an evaluation system is designed around the core dimensions of new quality productive forces,including new-type laborers,labor tools,and labor objects.It is found that digitalization-greenization synergy shows a promoting effect on the development of new quality productive forces,and this relationship still holds after testing for measurement errors,data outliers,omitted variables,and endogeneity issues.That is,digitalization-greenization synergy mainly promotes the emergence of new-type laborers with technical embeddedness and ecological subjectivity,drives the integration of intelligent efficiency enhancement and low-carbon emission reduction functions in labor tools,and facilitates the transformation of labor objects from resource consumption to value creation,ultimately promoting the development of new quality productive forces.Moreover,digitalization-greenization synergy constructs a systematic driving mechanism for the development of new quality productive forces through three transmission paths:industrial transformation and upgrading,technological innovation breakthroughs,and factor optimization and allocation.Among them,the regulatory effect of the institutional environment exhibits heterogeneous characteristics,enhancing the degree of marketization can strengthen the promoting effect of digitalization-greenization synergy on new quality productive forces,while excessive government intervention will inhibit this positive impact.Therefore,building a collaborative development system of digital infrastructure and green engineering,effectively driving industrial intelligent transformation and in-depth application of intelligent clean technologies,relying on the optimization and allocation of production factors,and with the help of government measures such as removing institutional barriers and strengthening the fundamental position of market competition policies,are key paths to promote the sustainable development of new quality productive forces.
