摘要
首发经济高质量发展以新发展理念为引领,通过首发活动推动技术创新与市场拓展,构建创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的市场体系,满足消费者多元化需求,实现经济效益、社会效益与环境效益全面提升。首发经济作为一种充满活力的新兴经济形态,与新质生产力的发展理念高度契合。当前,传统的经济发展模式难以满足消费者日益多元化的消费需求。推动首发经济高质量发展,不仅能够促进消费扩容提质,还有利于加快形成强大的国内统一大市场。通过对首发经济内涵与特征、现状与政策的梳理,阐明在新质生产力背景下首发经济高质量发展的机制与实现路径。从发展机制看,创新驱动机制、产业升级引领机制和需求拉动机制是首发经济高质量发展的三大机制。其中,创新驱动机制基于技术创新理论,贯穿于产品创新、商业模式与消费体验创新、品牌建设与海外拓展模式创新,为首发经济高质量发展提供创新动力。产业升级引领机制基于产业结构理论,通过加速产业结构优化升级,优化零售布局与服务体验,提升生产效率与产业链协同,为首发经济高质量发展提供关键支撑。需求拉动机制基于竞争优势理论,作为首发经济高质量发展的内在要素,通过促进技术创新与产品优化,实现“产品创新—市场需求”有效对接。从实现路径看,首发经济高质量发展的五条路径为:强化创新驱动,实现生产要素创新性配置;推动产业深度转型升级,形成首发经济聚合体;因地制宜,打造首发经济差异化发展格局;优化营商环境,激发市场活力;加强国际合作与交流,拓展首发经济国际市场。这五条实现路径相互交织与协同作用,共同推动首发经济高质量发展。
The high-quality development of the debut economy is led by new development philosophy.Through debut activities,it promotes technological innovation and market expansion,builds an innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared market system,meets the diversified demands of consumers,and realizes the comprehensive improvement of economic,social,and environmental benefits.As a dynamic new economic form,the debut economy is highly compatible with the development concept of new quality productive forces.Presently,the traditional economic development model struggles to meet the increasingly diverse consumption demands of domestic consumers.Promoting high-quality development in the debut economy can enhance both the scale and quality of consumption,thereby accelerating the formation of robust unified domestic market.By sorting out the connotation and characteristics,current situation,and policies of the debut economy,the mechanism and practical path of the high-quality development of the debut economy in the context of new quality productive forces are clarified.From the perspective of development mechanisms,the innovation-driven mechanism,the industrial upgrading-leading mechanism,and the demand-pulling mechanism are the three major mechanisms for the high-quality development of the debut economy.Among them,the innovation-driven mechanism is based on the theory of technological innovation,which permeates multiple levels such as product innovation,business model and consumption experience innovation,brand building,and overseas expansion model innovation,providing an innovative impetus for the high-quality development of the debut economy.The industry upgrading-leading mechanism is based on the theory of industrial structure;and it offers crucial support for the high-quality development of the debut economy by accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,optimizing the retail layout and service experience,and enhancing production efficiency and industrial chain synergy.The demand-pulling mechanism is based on the theory of competitive advantage;as an internal element of the high-quality development of the debut economy,it can achieve an effective connection between"product innovation and market demand"by promoting technological innovation and product optimization.From the perspective of practical paths,the five paths for the high-quality development of the debut economy are:strengthening innovation-driven development to achieve the innovative allocation of production factors;promoting in-depth industrial transformation and upgrading to form a debut economy aggregation;tailoring to local conditions to create a differentiated development pattern of the debut economy;optimizing the business environment to stimulate market vitality;and strengthening international cooperation and exchanges to expand the international market of the debut economy.These five paths interweave and interact with each other,jointly facilitating the high-quality development of the debut economy.
