摘要
揭示创始人群体的作用并进一步夯实创业生态系统韧性的微观主体基础,是创业生态系统韧性研究的重要课题。以全球18个创业生态系统为研究对象,运用必要条件分析和模糊集定性比较分析相结合的方法,通过探讨创始人群体特征的必要性效应与组态效应,研究创业生态系统韧性的微观主体基础。研究发现:①单个创始人群体特征不构成高/非高创业生态系统韧性的必要条件,但若要达到理想水平的创业生态系统韧性,各创始人群体特征须达到特定水平;②存在组态H_(1)、H_(2)和H_(3)三个产生高创业生态系统韧性的前因组态,分别对应的理想类型为Ⅰ型创始人群体、Ⅱ型创始人群体和Ⅲ型创始人群体,3种理想类型构成高创业生态系统韧性的微观主体基础;③产生非高创业生态系统韧性的前因组态有3个,且与高创业生态系统韧性的前因组态存在非对称关系;④在一定条件下,组态H_(1)和H_(2)对创业生态系统韧性的作用存在替代关系。
Resilience is a prerequisite for an entrepreneurial ecosystem to withstand internal and external shocks and achieve sustainable development.As the core subject of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,the founder group plays an important role in the generation and improvement of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience.How to reveal the role of founder group and further consolidate the micro-subject foundation of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience is an important topic in entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience research.This paper takes 18 global entrepreneurial ecosystems as the research object,and adopts a combination of necessary conditions analysis and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to study the micro-subject foundation of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience by exploring the necessity effect and configuration effect of the characteristics of founder group.It is concluded that(1)a single characteristic of founder group does not constitute a necessary condition for achieving high/non-high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,but to achieve the optimal level of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,the characteristics of founder group must reach a specific level;(2)there are three antecedent configurations H_(1),H_(2) and H_(3) that generate high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,and the corresponding ideal types are classified into three founder groups;while the comparative analysis of the three antecedent configurations confirms that configurations H_(1) and H_(3) have higher empirical correlations with generating high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience;(3)there are three antecedent configurations that generate non-high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,and there is an asymmetric relationship with the antecedent configurations that generate high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience;among them,the three antecedent configurations of non-high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience all contain non-high gender diversity,indicating that non-high gender diversity has a universal impact on generating non-high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience;(4)under certain conditions,there is a substitution relationship between configurations H_(1) and H_(2) for entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,which can improve resilience by enhancing either the stability or flexibility of the system.This paper reveals the complex causality of the characteristics of founder group affecting entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience from the perspective of founder group,which to a certain extent promotes the micro-subject foundation research of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience.The research conclusions have certain practical reference value for further enhancing the resilience of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Founders should actively seek out entrepreneurial information from diverse sources and evaluate their own circumstances meticulously to select the most conducive entrepreneurial region.This proactive approach to gathering information and assessing one's situation is crucial for moving the venture forward.They should also formulate measures accurately,boost capital accumulation,and shape the ideal type;while local governments should not only try to draw lessons from failure but also actively absorb and apply successful experiences of high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience.That is,nonhigh configuration cases can learn from the successful experiences of high configuration cases and explore paths to achieve high entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience according to local conditions.Lastly.It is essential to adopt global best practices to develop local solutions.In the Chinese context,the government possesses a wealth of valuable resources,and policy support is essential for the construction and development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Unlike existing research that focuses on the macro level of entrepreneurial ecosystems or other micro participants,this paper takes entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience as a research theme,focusing on founder group as a specific micro subject.It responds to the call of"where are the founders"and further deepens the exploration of the relationship between Ren-li level factors and entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience.Thus,it has made a certain marginal contribution to the micro-subject foundation research of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Moreover,it reveals the complex causality between the characteristics of founder group and entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience from the dual logic perspective of necessity and sufficiency.It builds upon previous research by addressing the limitations of studies that have concentrated solely on the'net effect'or'average effect'of either a single characteristic of the founder group or two characteristics at the same level.Finally,this paper pinpoints the specific configurations of founder group that result in high or non-high levels of entrepreneurial ecosystem resilience,thereby elucidating the discrepancies found within the existing body of research.
