摘要
智慧数据作为富语义、可计算、可推理、可追溯的高级数据组织形态,能有效揭示数据中的潜藏规律,在海疆历史档案数据挖掘、知识提取、推理发现方面具有极大潜力。本文立足档案的数据属性,提出基于智慧数据的海疆历史档案知识聚合与服务这一问题,在阐明档案内涵和外延及类型构成的基础上,依照智慧数据形成与发展逻辑,从数据采集整理、数据描述抽取、本体设计构建、服务平台搭建四个维度进行海疆历史档案知识聚合服务探究,用明清抗倭档案进行实例分析,实现知识检索、知识关联、知识推理与知识可视化展示,以从知识服务的视角,挖掘海疆历史档案价值,为我国海洋强国建设提供历史借鉴与数据支持。
Smart data,as an advanced form of data organization that is rich in semantics,computable,inferential,and traceable,can effectively reveal hidden patterns in data and has great potential in mining,knowledge extraction,and inference discovery of maritime historical archives.This article focuses on the data attributes of archives and proposes the issue of knowledge aggregation and service of maritime historical archives based on smart data.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,extension,and type composition of archives,according to the logic of the formation and development of smart data,this article explores the knowledge aggregation service of maritime historical archives from four dimensions:data collection and organization,data description and extraction,ontology design and construction,and service platform construction.Using Ming and Qing anti Japanese archives as examples for analysis,knowledge retrieval,knowledge association,knowledge reasoning,and knowledge visualization display are realized to explore the value of maritime historical archives from the perspective of knowledge service,and provide historical reference and data support for the construction of Chinese maritime power.
