炼钢脱硫自动扒渣机的升级改造

Upgrade and Transformation of Automatic Deslagging Machines for Steelmaking Desulfurization

摘要 在炼钢自动化脱硫扒渣过程关键技术研究的基础上,开发了基于机器视觉的铁水包倾斜角度实时测量系统和基于超声波传感的铁水包液面精确定位技术。通过构建视觉辅助扒渣路径规划模型,结合扒渣臂空间定位控制算法和自适应扒渣控制策略,实现了扒渣设备的智能化升级。应用结果显示:铁、渣面积比识别准确率≥95%,扒渣成功率≥96%,单次扒渣时间小于10 min,有效提高了脱硫系统的扒渣效率和智能化水平。 On the basis of the key technologies in the process of automatic desulfurization and deslagging for steelmaking,the machine vision based real time inclination angle measuring system of hot metal ladle and the ultrasonic sensing based hot metal liquid level precise positioning technology are developed.By building the vision assisted deslagging route planning model in combination with the space positioning control algorithm and adaptive deslagging control strategy of the deslagging arm,intelligentization upgrading of the deslagging equipment.The application results show that the the accuracy rate of hot metal to slag area ratio is equal to and over 95%,the deslagging success rate is equal to and over 96%,the single deslagging time is less than 10 min,which effectively improves the deslagging efficiency and intelligentization level.
