摘要
目的:通过古今医案云平台进行数据挖掘,分析中医药治疗肺结节的用药规律。方法:全面检索自建库至2024年7月1日在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、维普数据库(VIP)中收录的中医药治疗肺结节相关文献,将相关中药处方导入Excel并建立标准化数据库,最后通过古今医案云平台软件进行中药频数统计、中药属性分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘处理,探讨中医药治疗肺结节用药特点及规律。结果:研究共纳入文献101篇,录入方剂101首,合计中药206味。频数分析显示排名前10位的中药分别为贝母、牡蛎、茯苓、黄芪、半夏、柴胡、陈皮、白术、甘草、桔梗,药性以温居多,药味以甘为首,归经以肺、肝、脾、胃为主。关联规则分析提取10个高频药物配伍组合,聚类分析得出核心组合5组。结论:中医药治疗肺结节多选用甘温之品,从肺、肝、脾出发,采用清热解毒、燥湿祛痰、软坚散结之法。
Objective Data mining was carried out through the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records to analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.Methods The literature related to TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules collected in CNKI,WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang),China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed)and VIP database from the self-built database to July 1,2024 were comprehensively searched.Relevant TCM prescriptions were imported into Excel and standardized database was established.Finally,TCM frequency statistics,TCM attribute analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other data mining processing were carried out through the cloud platform software of ancient and modern medical records,so as to explore the characteristics and rules of TCM drug use in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.Results A total of 101 literatures were included in the study,and 101 prescriptions were recorded,with a total of 206 TCM flavors.Frequency analysis showed that the top 10 Chinese herbs were petillaria,oyster,poria,Astragalus,pinellia,bupleurum,tangerine peel,white rhizome,licorice,and platycodon platycodon.Their medicinal properties were warm,their taste was sweet,and their channel was mainly lung,liver,spleen,and stomach.10 combinations of high frequency drug compatibility were extracted by association rule analysis,and 5 core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to treat pulmonary nodules.Starting from lung,liver and spleen,it adopts the methods of clearing heat and detoxifying,drying dampness and expelling phlegm,soft and hard dispersing.
