摘要
张锡纯是近现代中西医汇通派的代表人物之一,他治学严谨、重视实践,主张沟通中西、取长补短。由其所著《医学衷中参西录》一书不仅详细记录了张锡纯的临床经验和用药心得,更体现了他对中医药文化的深刻理解和创新。生姜作为一种药食同源的中药,在张锡纯的用药经验中占据了重要地位,文章从《医学衷中参西录》出发,深入挖掘其中含生姜处方的用药规律,探讨张锡纯应用生姜的用药经验,以期为现代中医药的临床实践提供参考。
Zhang Xichun is one of the representatives of modern Chinese medicine and Western medicine.He is rigorous in learning,attaches great importance to practice,and advocates communication between China and the West and learning from each other.His book Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu not only records Zhang Xichun's clinical experience and medication experience in detail,but also reflects his profound understanding and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture.As a traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin as medicine and food,ginger played an important role in Zhang Xichun's medication experience.This paper,starting from Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu,dug into the medication rules including ginger prescription,and discussed Zhang Xichun's medication experience in applying ginger,in order to provide references for the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine.
