摘要
目的探讨基于Meleis转移理论的延续性护理在前列腺癌根治术患者自我护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年6月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的80例行前列腺癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例,对照组行常规护理,试验组实施基于Meleis转移理论下延续性护理,比较两组患者出院准备情况[出院准备度量表(RHDS)评分、出院指导质量量表(QDTS)评分]、自我效能[癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)评分]及尿失禁情况。结果试验组RHDS、QDTS各维度评分均高于对照组,平均尿流速、尿失禁改善优良率均高于对照组,每日漏尿次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组出院1、3个月后的SUPPH评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Meleis转移理论的延续性护理可提高前列腺癌根治术患者出院准备度与自我效能,促进排尿功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the application of continuity nursing based on the Meleis metastasis theory in the self-care of patients undergoing radical prostate cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with radical prostate cancer surgery to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group implemented continuity nursing based on the Meleis metastasis theory,and the preparation for discharge(readiness for hospital discharge scale[RHDS]score,quality of discharge teaching scale[QDTS]score),self-efficacy(strategies used by people to promote health[SUPPH]score),and urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of RHD and QDTS of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the average urinary flow rate and the excellent rate of improvement of incontinence of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the number of daily leaks was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SUPPH scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at 1 and 3 months after discharge from the hospital,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of continuity nursing based on the Meleis metastasis theory improves discharge readiness and self-efficacy and promotes recovery of voiding function in patients undergoing radical prostate cancer surgery.
