高校医学专科生自主学习能力提升的路径探讨

Discussion on the path to enhancing autonomous learning ability of medical junior college students in colleges

摘要 本文研究新疆和田学院医学专科生自主学习能力,阐述了医学专科生自主学习的必要性,分析了该校医学专科生存在个人学习认知上严重不足、学校课堂教学方法单一及传统授课理念的影响、医学专科生缺乏自主学习的内生动力这3个主要问题,探究性地提出结合执业资格考试改革课程体系,创新教学方法,改革临床实践课教学模式,增加实验教学比例、提高实训课教学效果,加强沟通技巧培养等策略,激发医学专科生的学习动力,提升医学专科生的自主学习能力和综合素质等路径。 The article studies the autonomous learning ability of medical junior college students at Xinjiang Hetian College,elaborates on the necessity of autonomous learning among medical junior college students,analyzes the serious lack of personal learning cognition among medical junior college students of this school,the impact of the single classroom teaching methods and traditional teaching methods,and the lack of intrinsic motivation for autonomous learning among medical junior college students.It explores the reform of the curriculum system,innovative teaching methods,clinical practice teaching mode,increasing the proportion of experimental teaching,improving the teaching effectiveness of practical courses,strengthening communication skills training,and other strategies to stimulate the learning motivation of medical junior college students,enhance their autonomous learning ability and comprehensive quality.
