摘要
徐春英教授基于浊邪害清理论,创新性地提出“气虚浊生-肝郁上逆-痰瘀成形”的声带息肉病理演变规律,以指导声带息肉的临床辨证论治。本文通过探讨浊邪害清理论,认为肺脾气虚、浊邪内生是声带息肉产生的基础,肝郁气滞、中浊上蒙促使息肉发展,最终以痰瘀交阻、息肉乃成是发病的本质。因此谨守浊邪害清的病机特点,以推导治疗声带息肉的具体治法为补益肺脾化浊、疏肝理气降浊、因势利导散浊。徐春英教授总以理气化痰散瘀浊为要,以调理脏腑功能为本,以期达到气血津液调和、息肉自消、音复清明的目的。
Based on the theory of turbid evils harming clearness,Professor Xu Chunying innovatively proposes pathological evolution law of vocal cord polyps of“qi deficiency and turbidity generation-liver depression and upward reversal-phlegm and blood stasis formation”,and guides clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation of polyp of vocal cord.This article explores the theory of turbid evils harming clearness,argues lung and spleen qi deficiency,and turbid evils are the basis of vocal cord polyps,while liver depression and qi stagnation,and turbidity in the middle of the body contribute to the development of polyps,and ultimately lead to phlegm blood stasis obstruction,and polyp formation,which are the essence of the disease.Therefore,by adhering to pathogenic characteristics of turbid evils harming clearness,the specific treatment methods in the treatment of vocal cord polyps can be derived as tonifying lung and spleen to eliminate turbidity,soothing liver and regulating qi to reduce turbidity,and guiding dispersion of turbidity according to the situation.Professor Xu Chunying always takes regulating qi,resolving phlegm,and dispersing stasis and turbidity as the key,and regulating the function of zang fu viscera as the basis,in order to achieve the goal of harmonizing qi,blood,body fluids,eliminating polyps,and restoring clarity in sound.
