摘要
本文把CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道机制砂自密实混凝土应用于地铁轨道交通领域。从机制砂自密实混凝土原材料的优选、配合比的调整,到实验室试验,再到搅拌站至工程现场的揭板试验等各个环节入手,阐述了机制砂自密实混凝土质量控制的要点,对于揭板试验中出现的各类情况给出解决办法,意在为同类型工程给予借鉴和帮助。
This article applies CRTS III slab ballastless track manufactured sand self compacting concrete to the field of subway rail transit.Starting from the selection of raw materials for self compacting concrete with manu‐factured sand,adjustment of mix proportions,laboratory tests,and the peeling tests from the mixing plant to the engineering site,this article elaborates on the key points of quality control for self compacting concrete with manufactured sand.Solutions are provided for various situations that occur during peeling tests,aiming to provide reference and assistance for similar projects.
