摘要
在职业教育改革与产业技术革新背景下,校企双元育人模式为高职教育发展提供了新路径。高职水利工程类专业应积极开展新形态教材建设以满足产业对技术技能人才的要求。然而当前新形态教材建设仍存在校企合作不够、内容更新慢、信息化资源不足等问题。为此,文章提出需求导向、融合创新、共建共享三大建设原则,通过深化校企合作、推动内容融合、搭建共享平台等实践路径,提升教材质量与育人效果,助力新时代职业教育的发展与人才培养。
Against the background of vocational education reform and industrial technological innovation,the school-enterprise dual education model has provided a new path for the development of higher vocational education.There is an urgent need to construct new-form textbooks for higher vocational water conservancy engineering to meet the industrial demands for technical and skilled talents.However,the current construction of such new-form textbooks still faces problems,including insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,slow content updating,and inadequate information-based resources.To address these issues,this paper proposes three construction principles:demand orientation,integration and innovation,and co-construction and sharing.Through practical approaches such as deepening school-enterprise cooperation,promoting content integration,and building a sharing platform,it aims to improve textbook quality and educational effectiveness,provide references for vocational education textbook reform,and contribute to the development of vocational education and talent cultivation in the new era.
