油气回收装置中制冷机组的控制方案研究

摘要 某石化企业采用油气回收技术治理废气,介绍了油气回收装置工艺流程及制冷机组的参数和原理,重点阐述了该技术中制冷机组的控制方案,包括启动控制、自动运行控制、停止控制、联锁方案、开工过程中常见故障及解决方案,通过完善的控制方案,实现了制冷机组成套设备的长周期自动运行,进而可以保证油气回收装置的长期稳定运转,使废气达标排放。 Oil and gas recovery technology is adopted to treat waste gas in one certain petrochemical enterprise.The process flow of the oil and gas recovery installation and the parameters and principles of the refrigeration unit are introduced.The control schemes of the refrigeration unit in the technology are stressed,including start-up control,automatic operation control,shutdown control,interlocking scheme,common faults and solutions during the start-up process,through the perfect control scheme,the long period automatic operation of the refrigerating machine is realized,and then long-term stable operation of the oil and gas recovery installation is ensured,the emission standards of waste gas are satisfied.
