摘要
金属复合管虽然具有出色的防腐蚀性能,但是同样伴随着高额的材料费用及生产成本的特点。本文介绍了项目中热融结环氧粉末(FBE)管线的制造流程及PUP PIECE连接方式,总结内涂塑前管道内部焊道余高控制处理措施,保证内涂塑质量,对比了FBE内涂塑与金属复合管在管材、焊材等方面存在的成本优势,为FBE管线在海洋石油工程中广泛应用提供技术方案。
Although metal composite pipes exhibit excellent corrosion resistance,they are also characterized by high material and production costs.This article introduces the manufacturing process of FBE(Fusion Bonding Epoxy)pipelines and the PUP PIECE connection method used in the project.It summarizes the measures for controlling the internal weld reinforcement before applying the internal plastic coating to ensure coating quality.A comparison is made between FBE internally coated pipes and metal composite pipes in terms of their cost advantages in pipe materials,welding materials,and other aspects,providing a technical solution for the widespread application of FBE pipelines in offshore petroleum engineering.
