摘要 文章研究智能AI视频识别技术在煤矿胶带机调速中的应用,对煤矿主运输系统的现状及问题进行了深入分析,指出传统调速方式存在诸多弊端;提出基于智能AI视频识别技术的智能调速系统,通过高清摄像头捕捉煤流图像,估算煤量并传输至控制系统,进而调节胶带机速度,实现胶带机的智能调速。结果表明,该系统具有显著的技术效益,能够提高设备运行效率,使主运输系统接近满负荷运行;经济效益方面,实现了无人值守,降低了人工成本,同时减少了设备运行时间和电能消耗,节约了电费和材料费用;此外,还减少了碳排放和噪声污染,改善了作业环境。 The paper investigates the application of AI video recognition technology in regulating the speed of coal mine belt conveyors.It analyses the current status and challenges within coal mine main transportation systems and identifies significant drawbacks in traditional speed regulation methods.An intelligent speed regulation system based on AI video recognition is proposed.This system captures coal flow images via high-definition cameras,estimates coal volume,transmits this data to the control system,and subsequently adjusts the belt conveyor speed to achieve intelligent regulation.The results demonstrate that the system delivers significant technical benefits:it improves equipment operational efficiency and enables the main transportation system to operate close to full capacity.Economically,it facilitates unattended operation,reducing labour costs,equipment runtime,and power consumption,thereby saving electricity and material costs.Furthermore,the system reduces carbon emissions and noise pollution,enhancing the working environment.
