粉煤灰对富铁磷铝酸盐水泥抗侵蚀性能的影响

摘要 以富铁磷铝酸盐水泥(PAC)作为研究对象,研究不同掺量条件下粉煤灰对其抗侵蚀性能的影响。经配料计算、混料、压片、高温煅烧等步骤实验室自制PAC水泥。用电通量法和快速氯离子迁移法研究粉煤灰对PAC水泥的抗氯离子渗透性的影响。研究结果表明,增加一定掺量的粉煤灰可以改善富铁磷铝酸盐水泥硬化后其浆体的密实度以及浆体的内部孔结构,从而达到提高抗氯离子渗透性的作用,并提高了PAC的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能以及PAC硬化浆体的抗压强度,通过改善硬化浆体的孔结构从而达到提高PAC水泥的抗冻性能的作用。通过试验可以得出,掺加粉煤灰的质量含量最佳范围在3%~9%之间,在此范围内PAC浆体的抗压强度和抗侵蚀性能得到很大的改善。 In this study,iron-rich phosphosphoaluminate cement(PAC)was used as the research object to study the effect of fly ash on its erosion resistance under different dosage conditions.The laboratory makes its own PAC cement through batching calculation,mixing,tableting,high-temperature calcination and other steps.The effects of fly ash on the chloride permeability resistance of PAC cement were studied by electric flux method and rapid chloride ion migration method.The results show that increasing a certain amount of fly ash can improve the compactness of the slurry and the internal pore structure of the slurry after hardening of iron-rich phosphosphoaluminate cement,so as to improve the permeability of chloride ions,and improve the sulfate erosion resistance of PAC and the compressive strength of PAC hardened slurry,and improve the frost resistance of PAC cement by improving the pore structure of the hardened slurry.Through the test,it can be concluded that the optimal range of fly ash is between 3%~9%,and the compressive strength and erosion resistance of PAC slurry have been greatly improved in this range.
