摘要
为探究掺加粉煤灰对高密度全尾砂充填体早期强度的影响规律,对某国外矿山高密度全尾砂特性,开展了不同粉煤灰掺量(20%、30%、40%)下的单轴抗压强度试验。通过测试不同灰砂比及膏体浓度条件下充填体试块在3 d和7 d龄期的强度,评估粉煤灰掺量对早期强度的影响。结果表明:掺粉煤灰会导致早期强度有所降低,但降低幅度基本在工程可接受范围内,在粉煤灰掺量为30%、灰砂质量比为1∶4时,充填体3 d、7 d强度分别为0.84 MPa、1.88 MPa,基本满足工程需求。因此,利用粉煤灰部分替代水泥可行,在该掺量下可节约胶凝材料成本约76元/m^(3)。
To investigate the influence of fly ash addition on the early strength of high-density unclassified tailings backfill,uniaxial compressive strength tests were conducted on high-density unclassified tailings with different fly ash contents(20%,30%,40%)from an overseas mine.By measuring the strength of backfill specimens at 3 d and 7 d ages under varying cement-sand ratios and paste concentrations,the impact of fly ash content on early-age strength was evaluated.The results indicate that the incorporation of fly ash leads to a certain reduction in early strength,but the extent of reduction remains within acceptable engineering limits.At a fly ash content of 30%and a cement-sand ratio of 1∶4,the 3 d and 7 d strengths of the backfill reached 0.84 MPa and 1.88 MPa,respectively,essentially fulfilling engineering requirements.Therefore,partial replacement of cement with fly ash is feasible,achieving a cost reduction of approximately 76 yuan/m^(3)in binding materials at this mix proportion.
