摘要
对化工行业查新委托书的常见问题进行了举例,包括科学技术要点中核心技术描述不足、查新点内容空泛、查新点与科学技术要点内容脱节、将实际操作步骤作为查新点、查新点中出现模糊用词和自创词等。针对每类问题给出了修改建议和解决对策,以期减少查新委托书撰写中类似问题的发生,使科技查新更好助力化工行业中的科研生产工作。
This paper illustrates common issues in commissioning forms for novelty searches in the chemical industry,including insufficient description of core technologies in the scientific and technical highlights,vague content in novelty points,disconnection between novelty points and scientific/technical highlights,listing operational steps as novelty points,and the use of ambiguous or self-coined terms in novelty points.For each type of issue,modification suggestions and solutions are provided to reduce the occurrence of similar problems in the drafting of novelty search commissioning forms,thereby enabling sci-tech novelty searches to better support research and production in the chemical industry.
