摘要
超高压管式反应器是我国百万吨级乙烯生产企业的关键核心设备,不同于现行安全技术规程规定的普通压力容器,超高压管式反应器承载工作压力普遍超过100 MPa,其潜在的风险巨大。针对超高压管式反应器的无损检测方法主要有目视、磁粉、渗透、涡流、超声、声发射检测等几种手段,但是长期以来,能够真正应用于在役超高压管式反应器的无损检测技术手段存在缺陷,现有的几种无损检测手段难以保障反应管部位的本质安全,研究建议后续采用脉冲涡流内检测技术手段进行尝试。
Ultra high pressure tubular reactors are key core equipment for millions of tons of ethylene production enterprises in China.Unlike ordinary pressure vessels specified in current safety technical regulations,ultra-high pressure tubular reactors generally carry working pressures exceeding 100 MPa,and their potential risks are enormous.There are several non-destructive testing methods for ultra-high pressure tubular reactors,including visual inspection,magnetic particle testing,penetration testing,eddy current testing,ultrasonic testing,and acoustic emission testing.However,for a long time,there has been a lack of non-destructive testing techniques that can truly be applied to in-service ultra-high pressure tubular reactors.Some existing non-destructive testing methods are difficult to ensure the intrinsic safety of the reaction tube.It is recommended to try using pulse eddy current internal testing techniques in the future.
