摘要
采用化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相组织观察和断口电子分析等方法,对某厂1100t/h锅炉 级再热器爆管原因进行了分析,认为爆管是由于锅炉运行中,短时和长时超温、局部过热,导致其组织球化,造成其高温许用强度降低且其小于瞬时高温应力引起。并就此提出了防爆建议和措施。
The reasons of tube-bursting of the reheaterⅡ of 1100 t/h boiler have been analyzed by means of chemical elements analysis, mechanical performance test, metallographic analysis and electric fracture analysis . The results show that the tube-bursting is caused by short-time overheating and long-time overheating which is coexistent with the running of boiler. Finally, we put forward proposals and preventive measures.
