摘要
煤与瓦斯突出主要因素为高瓦斯压力、高地应力、软煤三者叠加导致,本矿井属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,煤层瓦斯含量16.92 m^(3)/t,在煤层顶板与底板存在300~500 mm厚软煤,如何精准快速将软煤掏出。通过对定向钻机钻具进行改进,将定向钻机主孔布置于中部硬煤层中,通过开分支至软煤层中,实现精准掏煤,从而降低突出危险性,确保采掘面正常生产。
The main factors of coal and gas outburst are the superposition of high gas pressure,high ground stress and soft coal.This mine is a coal and gas outburst mine,and the coal seam gas content is 16.92 m^(3)/t.There is 300-500 mm thick soft coal in the top and bottom of the coal seam.By improving the drilling tool of the directional drilling machine,the main hole of the directional drilling machine is arranged in the middle hard coal seam,and the coal is accurately cut by opening the branch to the soft coal seam,so as to reduce the outburst risk and ensure the normal production of the mining surface.
