控制、增透、驱替协同瓦斯综合治理技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为解决八矿在区域瓦斯治理中采用“水力冲孔”钻孔措施,所在地区地质构造复杂、突出危险性大等客观因素,存在区域打钻效率低、打钻成本高、堵孔易造成瓦斯高值、巷道易积水积淤等问题,八矿研究与应用了“控制、增透、驱替协同瓦斯综合治理技术”,并在己15-15060机巷底抽巷进行试验。结果表明,该技术缩短了区域治理工期,降低了打钻成本,效果检验指标接近,月掘进距离与瓦斯涌出量达到水力冲孔的60%以上,节省人工、通风、供排水、运输等成本,将在全矿进行推广。 In order to solve the existing problems such as low regional drilling efficiency,high drilling costs,prone to cause high gas value by hole blockage,easy accumulation of water and silt in roadways and so on due to the objective factors of complex geological structure,high dangerousness of outburst and others in the area where the"hydraulic punching"drilling measure is adopted in the regional gas governance of the No.8 Mine,the No.8 Mine researches and applies the"collaborative gas comprehensive governance technology with control,permeability enhancement,and displacement",and conducts experiments on the Ji15-15060 machine roadway bottom pumping roadway.The results show that this technology shortens the regional governance construction period,reduces drilling costs,and the effectiveness inspection indicators are close.The monthly excavation distance and gas emission quantity reach more than 60%of hydraulic punching,saving labor,ventilation,water supply and drainage,transportation and other costs.It will be promoted throughout the mine.
