农村订单定向医学生职业认同与学习动机的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Professional Identity and Learning Motivation of Rural Order-oriented Medical Students

摘要 目的了解三年制专科农村订单定向医学生职业认同与学习动机现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、医学生职业认同量表、学习动机量表对538名农村订单定向医学生进行调查。结果农村订单定向医学生职业认同总均分为(4.92±0.69)分,学习动机中内生动机条目均分为(3.20±0.41)分、外生动机条目均分为(2.94±0.33)分。农村订单定向医学生职业认同及各维度与学习动机及各维度均呈正相关(r=0.112~0.730,均P<0.01)。是否自愿选择所学专业、挑战性、选择简单任务、关注人际竞争及追求回报均是影响农村订单定向医学生职业认同的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论三年制专科农村订单定向医学生职业认同和学习动机总体处于中等偏上水平。应密切关注学生学习状态,有针对性地开展分类指导,激发学生学习兴趣和学习动机,使其树立正确的职业观和职业理想。 Objective To learn the status of professional identity and learning motivation of three-year rural order-oriented medical students in vocational education,and explore the correlation between them.Methods 538 rural order-oriented medical students were investigated with General Information Questionnaire,Medical Students'Professional Identity Scale and Learning Motivation Scale.Results The total average score of professional identity of rural order-oriented medical students was(4.92±0.69)score,the average score of endogenous motivation items in learning motivation was(3.20±0.41)score,and the average score of exogenous motivation items was(2.94±0.33)score.The professional identity and dimensions of rural order-oriented medical students were positively correlation with learning motivation and dimensions(r=0.112~0.730,all P<0.01).Whether they choose their major voluntarily,challenging,choosing simple tasks,paying attention to interpersonal competition and pursuing returns or not are all important factors influencting the professional identity of rural order-oriented medical students(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional identity and learning motivation of the three-year rural order-oriented medical students in vocational education are above the middle level generally.We should pay close attention to students'learning status,carry out targeted classified guidance,stimulate students'learning interest and motivation,and establish a correct career outlook and career ideal.
