燃气管道全管径断裂泄漏事故后果影响因素分析

摘要 通过与标准算例对比,分析不同因素(管道内压、管道内直径、风速)对燃气管道全管径断裂泄漏事故后果(云团扩散高度、最远下风向距离、喷射火事故影响范围半径、爆炸事故影响范围半径)的影响。随着管道内压、管道内直径增大,云团扩散高度和最远下风向距离均增加,喷射火事故影响范围半径和爆炸事故影响范围半径均逐渐增大。随着风速增大,云团扩散高度逐渐降低,最远下风向距离逐渐增加,喷射火事故影响范围半径和爆炸事故影响范围半径均逐渐增大。当风速大于5 m/s时,爆炸事故影响范围半径变化不明显。分析燃气管道全管径断裂泄漏事故后果时,管道内压、管道内直径、风速均应考虑。 By comparing results with standard calcula-tion examples,this study analyzes the influence of three key factors,i.e.pipeline internal pressure,pipe-line internal diameter and wind speed,on the conse-quences of full-diameter fracture leakage accidents in gas pipelines.The analyzed consequences include cloud diffusion height,maximum downwind distance,as well as influence range radius of jet fire accidents and explosion accidents.As the pipeline internal pres-sure and pipeline internal diameter increase,the cloud diffusion height and maximum downwind distance both increase,and the influence range radius of both jet fire accidents and explosion accidents gradually expands.As wind speed increases,the cloud diffusion height gradually decreases,while the maximum downwind dis-tance gradually increases.Furthermore,the influence range radius of both jet fire accidents and explosion ac-cidents gradually expands.However,when the wind speed exceeds 5 m/s,the change in the influence range radius of explosion accidents becomes negligible.The findings indicate that pipeline internal pressure,inter-nal diameter,and wind speed should all be considered when assessing the consequences of full-diameter frac-ture leakage accidents in gas pipelines.
