CDIO模式在省级中医护理专业化护士临床实践培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨CDIO模式在省级中医护理专业化护士临床实践培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年8月—9月于医院参加江苏省中医护理专业化护士培训的32名护士为研究对象,基于CDIO模式开展临床实践培训,比较培训前后护士操作考核成绩、辨证施护能力、自主学习能力的变化,及对此次培训的满意度。结果培训后护士操作考核成绩、辨证施护能力得分、自主学习能力得分均高于培训前(P<0.05);护士对此次培训的满意度较高。结论将CDIO模式应用于省级中医护理专业化护士临床实践培训中,有利于护士更好地掌握实践技能,增强其辨证施护能力和自主学习能力,提高护士对培训的满意度。 Objective To evaluate the application of CDIO model in clinical practice training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing specialists.Methods A total of 32 nurses who participated in the specialized training program of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing were recruited as research objects.A clinical practice training program based on the CDIO model was used in clinical training of nursing specialists.The results of clinical nursing operation,ability of nursing by syndrome dif⁃ferentiation,independent learning ability and satisfaction with training were measured.Results Nurses had achieved higher scores in assessment of clinical nursing operation,ability of nursing by syndrome differentiation,independent learning ability after training compared with those before training(P<0.05).Nurses had a high level of satisfaction with training.Conclusion Applying the CDIO model to clinical practice training for specialized nurses in traditional Chinese medicine nursing helps nurse better master practical skills,enhance their ability to provide care based on syndrome differ⁃entiation,and improve their self-learning abilities,thereby increasing their satisfaction with the training.
