摘要
目的了解某地市级三甲综合医院住院病房中医适宜技术的应用现状及医务人员对其认知和需求情况,并提出管理对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,由各科室医护人员填写问卷。问卷的主要内容涉及医务人员对中医适宜技术的认知情况、对中医传统功法的认知情况、对中医适宜技术的认同度、对希望中医适宜技术改善患者症状的意愿度。结果共收集108份有效问卷。医务人员对中医适宜技术的认知率分布在15.74%~45.37%,医务人员对中医传统功法的认知率分布在53.70%~99.07%,医务人员对中医适宜技术的疗效认同度分布在98.14%~100.00%,对希望中医适宜技术改善患者症状的意愿率分布在84.26%~98.15%。结论医务人员对部分中医适宜技术的接受度较高,通过中医适宜技术改善患者症状的意愿强,但存在对部分技术及功法认知水平不足,导致治疗需求出现问题。建议采取相应措施提高医务人员对中医适宜技术的认知度,以及中医适宜技术在综合医院的普及宣传工作不到位。可采取相应措施提高认可度及应用。
Objective To investigate the present situation of popularization of appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)techniques and awareness and needs of medical staff on it in a certain prefecture-level tertiary hospital,and put forward related strategies for hospital management.Methods A self-made questionnaire about awareness and needs of medical staff on TCM techniques,TCM Qigong,its acceptance in clinical practice and willingness of improving symptoms was sent out.Results Responses were received form 108 medical staff.The rate of awareness of medical staff on TCM techniques ranged from 15.74%to 45.37%,and rate of awareness on TCM Qigong ranged from 53.70%to 99.07%.About 98.14%~100.00%of medical staff believed effectiveness of TCM techniques,and 84.26%to 98.15%of medical staff were willing to relieve clinical symptoms by using TCM techniques.Conclusion Medical staff have a high acceptance of some appropriate TCM techniques and a strong willingness to improve patients'symptoms through these technologies.However,there are issues with insufficient cognitive level of some technologies and practices,leading to problems in meeting treatment needs.Targeted measures should be taken to enhance medical staff's awareness of appropriate TCM techniques.Additionally,the popularization and publicity of appropriate TCM techniques in general hospitals are inadequate,and corresponding measures can be adopted to improve their recognition and application.
