摘要
目的评价天津市社区中医药适宜技术的应用效果,为中医药适宜技术在社区卫生服务机构推广应用提供技术支撑。方法采用回顾性调查、现况调查和小组访谈的方法,对开展中医药适宜技术的社区卫生服务机构进行调查,重点了解天津市和平区和红桥区的适宜技术开展情况,系统评价中医药适宜技术项目实施的技术、经济和社会效果。结果与非中医药技术相比,赵子香正骨推拿法治疗颈椎综合征等6项中医药适宜技术疗效好、疗程短、费用低,是适合在社区卫生服务机构中推广应用的中医药适宜技术。中医药适宜技术提供者、服务接受者以及卫生机构管理者的满意度较高。结论天津市在社区卫生服务机构中开展中医药适宜技术取得良好效果,为在天津和其他地区推广应用提供了经验。
Objective To evaluate the application effects of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） appropriate technologies in communities of Tianjin, in order to provide technical support for the spread and application of the appropriate technologies in community health services （CHS） institutions. Methods The retrospective investigation, field survey and group interview methods were taken on the situation of carrying out TCM appropriate technologies in CHS institutions, especially of Heping and Hongqiao District of Tianjin. The technical, economic and social effects of implementation of the TCM appropriate technologies were systematically evaluated. Results Compared with non - Traditional Chinese medicine techniques, the six TCM appropriate technologies such as treatment of cervical syndrome with Zhao Zixiang＇s Bone -Setting and Massage showed better efficacy, shorter course, and lower cost, being suitable for spread in CHS institutions. For TCM appropriate technologies the providers, serv- ice recipients, and managers of health institutions all had higher degree of satisfaction. Conclusion TCM appropriate technologies carried out in CHS institutions of Tianjin have got better results, which provides experiences for spread and applications in Tianjin and other regions.
