摘要
本文总结多学科协作(MDT)模式下1例复发性多软骨炎(RP)伴巩膜炎患者的中西医结合护理体会。基于眼科专科护理制订个性化护理方案,包括通过面积占比、疼痛评分量表等密切监测眼红、眼痛等症状,实施冷敷、眼部清洁等护理;基于中医体质理论制定特色护理方案,采用中药内服、中药熏蒸、耳穴贴压、艾灸等护理;多学科协作下开展全身合并症护理;并配合心理护理、健康教育。
This paper summarized the Multidisciplinary team-based integrative nursing prac⁃tice for a patient with relapsing polychondritis accompanying scleritis.An individualized plan of ophthalmology specialized nursing was formulated,and effective assessment methods was adopt⁃ed to observe the clinical symptoms of the patient.Based on the theory of constitution of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine,comprehensive techniques such as Traditional Chinese Medicine oral ad⁃ministration,Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation,auricular acupoint pressing,moxibustion were carried out.Comprehensive care plan for complications,as well as psychological care and health education,was established by a multidisciplinary team.
