摘要
近视是最常见的屈光不正类型,已日益成为全球普遍关注的公共卫生问题。全身免疫系统或眼内的低度炎症可诱发近视进展,患有眼部炎症如过敏性结膜炎、巩膜炎以及葡萄膜炎的患者,近视患病率升高,它们之间的关联也在动物近视模型和细胞实验中得到了证实。炎症诱发近视的机制包括炎症因子激活MAPK和NF-kB通路引起的巩膜重塑,以及炎症对视网膜、脉络膜血管的影响。笔者就临床免疫疾病和眼部炎症与近视之间的联系、实验模型中炎症导致近视的机制研究以及炎症影响近视可能的生物学机制进行综述,进一步认识近视的病理机制和挖掘新的治疗靶点。
Myopia is the most common type of refractive error and has increasingly become a global public health concern.Systemic immune responses or low-grade inflammation within the eye can trigger the progression of myopia.Patients with ocular inflammatory conditions such as allergic conjunctivitis,scleritis,and uveitis exhibit a higher prevalence of myopia,and the association between these conditions has been corroborated in animal myopia models and cellular experiments.The mechanisms by which inflammation induces myopia include scleral remodeling caused by the activation of MAPK and NF-kB pathways by inflammatory factors,as well as the impact of inflammation on the retinal and choroidal vasculature.This review discusses the relationship between clinical immunological diseases,ocular inflammation,and myopia,explores the mechanisms by which inflammation leads to myopia in experimental models,and examines the potential biological mechanisms by which inflammation influences myopia.This provides new targets for understanding the pathological mechanisms of myopia and developing treatments for myopia.
