摘要
目的观察中医护理技术在急性期脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果,评价其对患者神经功能康复的促进作用。方法选取住院治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为两组:对照组(n=40)接受常规治疗和护理干预,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上增加中医护理技术。记录患者入院和出院时的神经功能损伤评分量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数评分(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]的变化情况,评价患者护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组NIHSS量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FMA量表和BI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP和IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组满意率92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中医护理技术干预过程中无护理不良事件发生。结论中医护理技术的运用可以促进急性期脑梗死患者神经功能损伤的康复,提高患者日常生活活动能力,改善肢体运动功能,对降低炎症反应具有一定的辅助作用,且技术实践操作的可行性以及安全性高,未来可进一步推广中西医结合的护理模式,优化急救流程,提升患者生存质量。
To observe the intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing techniques on patients with acute cerebral infarction,and investigate its effect on recovery of neurological function.Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=40,received conventional medical treatment and care)and the observation group(n=40,received TCM nursing techniques based on the conventional medical treatment and care).The neurological impairment assessment by National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living by Barthel index score(BI),motor function by Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale(FMA),and changes in inflammatory factors(CRP and IL-6)were recorded at admission and discharge,as well as patient satisfaction with nursing care upon discharge.Results The NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Scores of FMA and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group reached 92.50%(37/40),significantly higher than the75.00%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.01)。No adverse events occurred during the implementation of TCM nursing techniques.Conclusion The application of TCM nursing techniques can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,help improve their activity of daily of living,enhance limb motor functions,and have a certain auxiliary effect on reducing inflammatory responses.Additionally,the technical practice is highly feasible and safe.In the future,it is possible to further promote the integrated TCM-Western medicine nursing model,optimize emergency procedures,and improve patient quality of life.
