摘要
以薄壳山核桃容器苗为试材,采用非靶向代谢组学,研究了6种植物植物激素处理对薄壳山核桃容器苗地径、苗高、细根形态和根系代谢的影响,以期为容器苗栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:GA 3及其组合处理显著促进了地径和苗高的生长,而IBA处理抑制了苗高生长,IBA组合处理(IBA+NAA+IAA)抑制地径。与IAA相关的处理显著增加了总根长和根表面积,其中IAA+NAA+IBA处理增加了平均根直径。代谢组学分析显示,在苯丙烷生物合成、ABC转运蛋白、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸生物合成、硫胺素代谢、黄酮类生物合成、单环β-内酰胺生物合成、苯丙氨酸代谢、氰基氨基酸代谢和异喹啉生物碱生物合成等代谢途径中存在显著差异。
Taking container seedlings of pecan as test materials,the effects of six plant hormone treatments on ground diameter,seedling height,fine root morphology,and root metabolism were investigated employing non-targeted metabolomics,in order to provide reference for container seeding cultivation.The results showed that GA 3 and its combination(GA 3+NAA+IAA)significantly promoted stem diameter and height growth,while IBA treatment inhibited height and IBA combination(IBA+NAA+IAA)reduced stem diameter.IBA-related treatments significantly enhanced total root length and surface area,with IBA+NAA+IAA treatment increasing average diameter.Metabolomics revealed significant differences in metabolic pathways including phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,ABC transporters,phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis,thiamine metabolism,flavonoid biosynthesis,monobactam biosynthesis,phenylalanine metabolism,cyanoamino acid metabolism and isoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis.This study elucidates the physiological mechanisms of phytohormone regulation in pecan seedling growth.
