摘要
制浆造纸生产线涉及大量高精度、大体积的连续性机械设备,其安装精度直接影响整线运行效率与产品质量。传统放样方法在实际应用中存在测量精度不足、安装效率低、误差控制难等问题。针对设备安装精度提升需求,提出一套融合全站仪三维坐标控制网与激光对点系统的数字化放样测量方法。通过对典型设备如主压榨辊、干燥缸的测量偏差数据分析,验证了该方法在实际工程中的高精度、高效率与可重复性,为制浆造纸机械安装提供了可靠的技术支撑。
The pulp and paper production line involves a large number of high-precision and large-volume continuous mechanical equipment.The installation accuracy of these equipment directly affects the operational efficiency of the entire line and the quality of the products.The traditional layout methods have problems such as insufficient measurement accuracy,low installation efficiency and difficult error control in practical applications.This paper proposes a digital layout measurement method that integrates the threedimensional coordinate control network of the total station and the laser alignment system in response to the demand for improving the installation accuracy of equipment.Through the analysis of measurement deviation data of typical equipment such as the main pressing roller and the drying cylinder,the high precision,high efficiency and repeatability of this method in practical engineering have been verified,providing reliable technical support for the installation of pulp and paper machinery.
