摘要
盘磨机是一种极为常见的制浆造纸设备,其温度控制逻辑与效果直接决定盘磨机的工作状态。以双模糊控制理论为基础,设计了一种自适应PID盘磨机温度控制系统。该系统由上位监控模块、下位控制模块、数据采集模块、执行模块等组成,可以实现对盘磨机尤其盘磨机电机的温度智能化控制。对该温度控制系统效果进行测试,结果表明:与传统温度控制系统相比,该系统由于采用了双模糊控制理论,在温度控制精度、效率等方面具有显著优势。
Disc mill is a very common pulping and papermaking equipment,and its temperature control logic and effect directly determine the working state of disc mill.Based on the double fuzzy control theory,an adaptive PID temperature control system for disk mill is designed.The system is composed of upper monitoring module,lower control module,data acquisition module and execution module,which can realize the intelligent temperature control of disk mill,especially the disk mill machine.The results show that compared with the traditional temperature control system,the system has a significant advantage in temperature control accuracy and efficiency due to the double fuzzy control theory.
