摘要
在“健康中国”国家战略背景下及“健康校园”时代需求下,中小学生普遍体力活动不足和“课间圈养”等现象引发社会关注。运用儿童心理学、环境行为学、社会生态学等理论,通过实地调研总结低龄小学生心理及行为活动特点,选取教学区3类典型空间,提取影响低龄小学生体力活动水平的环境影响因子,构建校园建成环境与低龄小学生体力活动的相关性模型。基于实证研究与模拟分析,提出课间活动促进下的校园空间优化建议。
Under the background of the"Healthy China"national strategy and the needs of the"healthy campus"era,the phenomenon of insufficient physical activity and"captivity during recess time"among primary and secondary school students has aroused social concern.Based on the theories of child psychology,environmental behaviour and social ecology,the paper summarises the characteristics of psychological and behavioural activities of young primary school students by field investigation.It selects three typical spaces in the teaching area,extracts the environmental impact factors that affect the physical activity level of young primary school students,and constructs a correlation model between the built environment of campus and physical activity of young primary school students.Based on empirical research and simulation analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on campus optimisation under the promotion of recess activities.
