2021—2022年沧州市放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the monitoring results of individual dose for radiation workers in Cangzhou City from 2021 to 2022

摘要 目的了解沧州市医疗机构放射工作人员辐射剂量水平,为相关部门提供管理依据。方法2021—2022年利用热释光剂量仪监测放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量,两组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验,多组间比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验,比较不同岗位、不同医疗机构的放射工作人员人均年有效剂量。结果2021—2022年监测3706人,年集体有效剂量为1.10人·Sv,人均年有效剂量为0.21(0.17,0.27)mSv/a。不同岗位放射工作人员人均年有效剂量不同(H=271.25,P<0.001),核医学放射工作人员人均年有效剂量最高(0.41mSv/a)。三级医院放射工作人员人均年有效剂量(0.21mSv/a)高于二级医院(0.19mSv/a),差异有统计学意义(Z=-140.31,P=0.001)。公立和民营医疗机构放射工作人员人均年有效剂量,差异有统计学意义(Z=186.27,P<0.001),公立医疗机构放射工作人员人均年有效剂量(0.21mSv/a)高于民营医疗机构(0.19mSv/a)。结论2021—2022年沧州市放射工作人员人均年有效剂量处于较低水平,核医学和乡镇医疗机构放射工作人员人均年有效剂量水平相对较高,医院管理部门应加强对此类人员的管理,规范佩戴个人剂量计,及时更新防护用品,加强培训。 Objective To understand the radiation dose level of radiation workers in medical institutions in Cangzhou City,and to provide management basis for relevant departments.Methods The individual dose of occupational external exposure of radiation workers was monitored from 2021 to 2022 using thermoluminescence dosimeter.The Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison between two groups,and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison between multiple groups to compare the annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in different positions and medical institutions.Results A total of 3706 persons were monitored from 2021 to 2022,with an annual collective effective dose of 1.10 person·Sv and a per capita annual effective dose of 0.21(0.17,0.27)mSv/a.The annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in different positions was different(H=271.25,P<0.001),with the highest annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in nuclear medicine(0.41mSv/a).The annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers was higher in tertiary hospitals(0.21mSv/a)than in secondary hospitals(0.19mSv/a),and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-140.31,P=0.001).The difference between the annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in public and private medical institutions was statistically significant(Z=186.27,P<0.001),and the annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in public medical institutions(0.21mSv/a)was higher than that in private medical institutions(0.19mSv/a).Conclusion The annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in Cangzhou City during 2021 to 2022 is at a low level,and the level of the annual effective dose per capita of radiation workers in nuclear medicine and township medical institutions is relatively high.The hospital management departments should strengthen the management of such personnel,standardize the wearing of personal dosimeters,timely update the protective equipment,and strengthen the training.
