摘要
目的探讨早期发展训练对0~3岁儿童社会行为能力的影响。方法选取2023年6月至2024年4月于贵航贵阳医院接受健康检查的284名0~3岁儿童作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(141名)和研究组(143名)。对照组给予常规保健服务,研究组在对照组的基础上接受以玩教具为载体的儿童早期发展训练。比较两组儿童的智能发育状况及家长的满意度。结果干预前,两组的适应能力、大运动、精细运动、语言及社会行为发育商(DQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组0~1岁儿童的语言DQ评分高于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组>1~2岁与>2~3岁儿童的大运动、精细运动、语言、社会行为DQ评分高于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组儿童家长的满意度为97.90%,高于对照组的92.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期发展训练可以有效提升0-3岁儿童的社会适应能力,同时提高家长的满意程度。
Objective To explore the effect of early development training on social behavior ability of children aged 0-3 years old.Methods A total of 284 children aged 0-3 years who received health examination in Guihang Guiyang Hospital from June 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(141 cases)and study group(143 cases).The control group received routine health care service,and the study group received early childhood development training based on play toys on the basis of the control group.The intelligent development of children and the satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the development quotient(DQ)scores of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language and social behavior between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the DQ score of language of children aged 0-1 years in the study group was higher than that before intervention and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the DQ scores of gross motor,fine motor,language and social behavior of children aged>1-2 years old and>2-3 years old in the study group were higher than those before intervention and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was 97.90%,which was higher than 92.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early development training can effectively improve the social adaptability of children aged 0-3 and elevate the satisfaction of parents.
