摘要
目的:观察可弯曲负压吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜对输尿管上段结石及肾结石患者疼痛情况、炎症因子及肾功能的影响分析。方法:将2022年1月~2024年6月本院收治的输尿管上段结石及肾结石患者150例,以随机数字表法分成两组各75例,以传统吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜为对照组,以可弯曲负压吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜为观察组。比较围术期指标,治疗前、后疼痛评分,炎症因子及肾功能水平。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,结石清除率、术后发热率低于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,在治疗后两组疼痛评分、肾功能水平较治疗前下降,观察组各指标均低于对照组,而炎症因子水平较治疗前提升,观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管上段结石及肾结石患者以可弯曲负压吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜,可明显缩短患者手术与住院时间,降低术后结石清除率及术后发热率,减少住院费用,减轻疼痛感,改善肾功能,相对于传统吸引鞘可有效控制感染严重情况,效果理想。
Objective:To observe the effect of flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope on pain,inflammatory factors and renal function in patients with upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi.Methods:150 patients with upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The traditional suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope was used as the control group,and the flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope was used as the observation group.The perioperative indicators,pain score,inflammatory factors and renal function were compared before and after treatment.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the stone clearance rate and postoperative fever rate were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the pain score and renal function level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the inflammatory factor level was higher than that before treatment,and the indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope in patients with upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi can significantly shorten the operation and hospitalization time,reduce the postoperative stone clearance rate and postoperative fever rate,reduce hospitalization costs,reduce pain,and improve renal function.Compared with the traditional suction sheath,it can effectively control the serious infection,and the effect is ideal.
