摘要
目的调查输尿管碎石术患者术后感染的影响因素,制订预防护理对策。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月本院收治的100例行输尿管碎石术患者为研究对象,其中15例术后出现感染,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析确定导致输尿管碎石术患者术后感染的独立影响因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,尿路感染、术后引流不畅及中段尿培养阳性为输尿管碎石术患者术后感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论尿路感染、术后引流不畅及中段尿培养阳性等均为输尿管碎石术患者术后出现感染的独立影响因素,护理人员需加强对输尿管碎石术患者术后预防性护理干预,以降低全身感染的发生率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of postoperative infection in patients with ureteral lithotripsy and formulate preventive nursing countermeasures.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with ureteral lithotripsy who treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study objects.Among them,15 cases developed postoperative infection.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent influencing factors of postoperative infection in patients with ureteral lithotripsy.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the urinary tract infection,postoperative obstructed drainage,and positive midstream urine culture were the independent risk factors for postoperative infection in patients with ureteral lithotripsy(P<0.05).Conclusion The urinary tract infection,postoperative obstructed drainage,and positive midstream urine culture were the independent risk factors for postoperative infection in patients with ureteral lithotripsy.Nursing staff need to strengthen preventive nursing interventions for patients with ureteral lithotripsy to reduce the incidence rate of systemic infection and promote early recovery for patients.
