摘要
目的 探究放松训练对母婴传播疾病初产妇心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年3月~2023年4月郑州人民医院收治的126例母婴传播疾病初产妇为研究对象。将放松训练推行前就诊的66例患者纳入对照组,将推行后就诊的60例患者纳入观察组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予放松训练。两组患者均干预至出院。干预前后,比较两组患者的心理状态[9项病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)评分]、知觉压力[知觉压力量表(PSS)评分]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量-100量表(WHOQOL-100)评分]。结果 干预后,两组患者PHQ-9、PSS评分较干预前降低,WHOQOL-100评分较干预前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 放松训练在母婴传播疾病初产妇中应用效果良好,能显著改善其心理状态和生活质量,减轻知觉压力。
Objective To explore the influence of relaxation training on psychological state and quality of life in primiparae with mother-to-child transmission diseases(MCTD).Methods A total of 126 MCTD puerperae treated in Zhengzhou People's Hospital from Mar.2020 to Apr.2023 were selected as research objects.Sixty-six patients who visited doctor's office before the implementation of relaxation training were enrolled into control group and 60 ones who did so after the implementation of relaxation training into observation group.Controls received routine nursing and observation group did relaxation training on the basis of controls.Both groups were intervened until discharge.Before and after intervention,psychological states(Patient Health Questionnaire-9[PHQ-9]scores),perceived stress(Perceived Stress Scale[PSS]scores)and quality of life(World Health Organization Quality of Life-100[WHOQOL-100]scores)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the PHQ-9 and PSS scores lowered and the WHOQOL-100 elevated in both groups compared with pre-intervention,observation group as superior to controls(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Relaxation training has a good effect in for MCTD primiparae,can obviously improve their psychological state and quality of life,and alleviate stress.
