摘要
目的 探讨放松训练联合心理护理对脑梗死患者的负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法 将120例脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予放松训练联合心理护理。护理3周。护理前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)和Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评估两组患者的负性情绪、生活质量和康复效果。结果 护理后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。护理后,两组患者SS-QOL、ADL、FMA各维度评分较护理前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 放松训练联合心理护理能改善脑梗死患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of relaxation training combined with psychological nursing on the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 cerebral infarction patients were divided into research and control group according to random number table method,with 60 ones in each.Controls received routine nursing and research group did relaxation training combined with psychological care on the basis of controls,for 3 weeks.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)were used to evaluate negative emotions,quality of life and rehabilitation effect of both groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores lowered in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After nursing intervention,each dimensions scores of the SS-QOL,ADL and FMA elevated in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were higher in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Relaxation training plus psychological care could improve negative emotions and quality of life of cerebral infarction patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
