摘要
医院人事档案管理是一项非常重要的信息资源管理工作。如今人事档案管理出现了严重的问题:医院人事档案管理比较落后;医院人事档案的存放和保管缺乏现代化。为提高医院整体管理水平,使人事档案调配工作、管理工作更加健全,必须对医院人事档案管理准确性以及时效性的提升引起重视,充分发挥人事档案的资源优势,促进医院人事制度改革,合理有效配置医院人力资源。因此,该文首先概述在医院人事档案管理中应用数字化管理的重要性,提高人事档案管理的认知,加强干部人事档案管理们充分利用现代化技术,增强人事管理人员素质,然后提出在医院人事档案管理中应用数字化管理的有效路径,希望能够为医院人事档案管理水平的提升提供一定帮助。
Hospital personnel file management is a very important information resource management work.Nowadays,there are serious problems in the management of personnel files:the management of hospital personnel files is relatively backward;the storage and custody of hospital personnel files lack modernization.In order to improve the overall management level of the hospital,the deployment and management of personnel files will be more complete.It is necessary to pay attention to the accuracy and timeliness of hospital personnel file management,and to give full play to the resource advantages of personnel files is to promote the reform of hospital personnel system and allocate hospital human resources rationally and effectively.Therefore,this article first outlines the importance of applying digital management in hospital personnel file management,enhances the cognition of personnel file management,strengthens cadres and personnel file management,makes full use of modern technology,and enhances the quality of personnel management personnel.Then it puts forward an effective way to apply digital management in hospital personnel file management,hoping to provide certain help to the improvement of hospital personnel file management level.
