摘要
为了实现泵站设备高效管理,准确全方位把握设备使用状态,实现设备维护和维修主动式、全流程式管理,需要记录设备全生命周期的完整数据,建立设备状态回溯和健康分析系统。在密云水库调蓄工程泵站应用设备状态监测及故障诊断系统,实现设备状态在线连续监测,借助监测数据的信号分析与异常预警,并结合故障特征及时给出诊断结论,可以为设备维护维修提供依据,应得到重视与推广。
It was necessary to record the complete data throughout the equipment's whole life cycle and to establish an equipment status backtracking and health analysis system in order to achieve efficient management of pumping station equipment,accurately grasp the equipment usage status in an all-round way,and realize active and full-process management of equipment maintenance and repair.Through the application of the equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system in the pumping station of the Miyun Reservoir Regulation and Storage Project,the on-line continuous monitoring of equipment status was realized.Moreover,the diagnostic conclusions were given in a timely manner by means of signal analysis and abnormal early warning of monitoring data through combining with fault characteristics.This approach played a significant role in providing a basis for equipment maintenance and repair,which should be valued and promoted.
